Career ​

Trainee and Pre-debut ​

Leeseo was a trainee under Starship Entertainment for about 2 years before her debut. She was known for her strong vocal abilities and charming personality, which helped her stand out among her peers.

Debut with IVE ​

Leeseo debuted as a member of IVE on December 1, 2021, with the single album Eleven. As the youngest member of the group, Leeseo is known for her youthful energy and charismatic presence on stage. She has quickly gained popularity for her vocal skills and stage presence, contributing to the group's success.

She has a very distinct, clear, and sweet vocal tone that adds a fresh quality to the group's songs.

Virality ​

Leeseo gained significant attention and popularity for her appearance and talent. She has been praised for her visuals, often being compared to popular actresses and idols. Her youthful charm and bright personality have made her a fan favorite. One of her most viral moments was when she performed "Eleven" on SBS Inkigayo, the camera dramatically zoomed in, creating a memorable scene that went viral online and intrigued the viewers and new followers.

May Lily OST ​

She has also released a solo OST titled "May Lily" for the webtoon series I'm the Queen in This Life.

Hosting (MC) ​

In April 2024, Leeseo's official hosting gig started for the weekly music program SBS Inkigayo. She hosted alongside ZEROBASEONE's Han Yujin and actor Moon Seong-hyun.

She also hosts the spin-off web show, Inkigayo Kkeutnameun Maejomgayo (After Inkigayo, it's Snack Bar-gayo Time), which is also an SBS production. In this show, she runs a snack shop and interviews various artists.
