Since their debut, IVE has set remarkable records and achieved significant milestones:
- Fastest Girl Group to Win a Music Show: IVE won their first music show trophy just 7 days after debut with "Eleven" on Show Champion, making them one of the fastest girl groups to achieve this feat.
- Rookie Grand Slam: In 2022, IVE swept all major South Korean girl-group rookie awards, including the Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA), Melon Music Awards (MMA), Golden Disc Awards, Seoul Music Awards, and many more.
- Song of the Year Awards: Their hit single LOVE DIVE earned multiple Song of the Year (Daesang) awards at major ceremonies such as MAMA, MMA, and Golden Disc Awards in 2022. In 2024, I AM also won Song of the Year at Hanteo Music Awards. By 2025, Rebel Heart earned KGMA Grand Song Award. IVE has a total of three songs that have won Song of the Year awards: LOVE DIVE, I AM, and Rebel Heart.

- Lollapalooza: By August 2025, IVE made history as the first K-pop girl group to be invited to Lollapalooza three times in two years.
