Information on IVE fan letters, gifts, and support

Hello.
We sincerely thank all the fans who support IVE,
and we would like to inform you about IVE fan letters, gifts, and support.

We have decided to no longer accept any gifts or support other than fan letters.
This decision was made with the hope that the gifts you send will go to the fans who need them most, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

If you are currently preparing or planning any support,
we respectfully decline and will gratefully accept your kind heart.

Please see below for details on the revised fan letter and gift support policy.

• Delivery is possible via post or registered mail. Please note that quick delivery may result in return or disposal without notice.
• Fan letters can be delivered through the fan club manager at public broadcasts and fan signing events where fans are present.
• After this notice, if you send them in a form other than an envelope, excluding the message book, they will be considered a gift (delivery) and may be returned or disposed of without notice.
• Items other than paper (boxes, flowers, balloons, etc.) will not be delivered.
• Entry to the members' rest areas such as waiting rooms and parking lots within the agency, dorms, shops, broadcasting stations, and unofficial schedules is prohibited, and fan letters will not be delivered.
• Please be advised that if EMS customs fees or cash on delivery fees are incurred, the letter will be returned.
• We will not respond separately to inquiries regarding the receipt of fan letters.
• Event-related support will be carried out after prior consultation via official email, and please check for separate notices at a later date.

We would like to once again express our deepest gratitude for all the support and love you have given IVE so far, and we will do our best to repay your kindness through future activities.
